不明原因性脑梗死患者预后影响因素的研究
Study of factors that influence prognosis of patients with unexplained cerebral infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the factors that influence prognosis of patients with unexplained cerebral infarction. Methods 148 cases with unexplained cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2016 were selected and the clinical data were undervent univariate and multivariate analysis to study the factors that influence prognosis.Results Multi-factor regression analysis showed that,diabetes,RLS positive and NIHSS score at admission were independent risk factors that influence prognosis of patients with unexplained cerebral infarction.Conclusion Diabetes,RLS positive and NIHSS score at admission are closely related with prognosis of patients with unexplained cerebral infarction,those risk factors can easily cause cerebral infarct re-currence or death.关键词
