Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of hemorheology and coagulation function in pa-tients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Totally 75 cases of acute cerebral infarction were selected as the observation group, including 25 cases in mild,moderate and severe patients,respectively.Seventy-five healthy people were selected as the control group.Hemorheology and coagulation function were compared into two groups,and its changes were recorded in the observation group with different degree of cerebral infarction.Results Whole blood viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05 ).Plasma fibrinogen (FIB ) in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05 ),activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT)and prothrombin time (PT)had no statistically significant difference in the two groups (P >0.05). There were statistically significant in high blood viscosity,low shear blood viscosity,plasma viscosity difference and hematocrit in severe,moderate and mild patients (P <0.05);there was statistically significant in FIB in severe,moderate and mild patients (P <0.05).Conclusion There are abnormal hemorheology and coagulation function in patients with acute cerebral infarction,and its changes are directly proportional to the severity of acute cerebral infarction.Monitoring the dynamic changes could provide refer-ence value for clinical treatment.关键词
