纳洛酮联合醒脑静治疗肝性脑病的临床效果观察
Clinical effects of naloxone combined with Xingnaojing in treatment of hepatic encephalopathy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of naloxone combined with Xingnaojing injection on neurotoxic materials and inflammatory factors in patients with hepatic encephalopathy.Methods 100 patients with hepatic encephalopathy in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2017 were selected,and they were divided into two groups by using random number table method, 50 cases in each group.Control group was given naloxone,while observation group was treated with Xingnaojing based on control group.The curative effects,levels of neurotoxic materials,levels of inflammatory factors,incidence of adverse reactions were com-pared between the two groups.Results The curative effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (P <0.05);After treatment,the levels ofβ-endorphin and blood ammonia in two groups were lower than those before treatment, respectively.The levels ofβ-endorphin and blood ammonia in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the con-trol group (P <0.05);After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,hs-CRP in two groups were lower than those before treatment, and these markers in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05 );The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups had no statistical difference (P >0.05).Conclusion Naloxone combined with Xingnao-jing injection can increase curative effects,decrease the levels of neurotoxic materials and inflammatory factors,which has less ad-verse reactions and higher safety.关键词
