督导员介入在脑卒中偏瘫患者康复护理中的作用
Effects of rehabilitation supervisor on function recovery in rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation supervisor on function recovery in rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 72 patients with cerebral apoplexy with inclusion criteria were divided into conventional nursing group (36 cases)and supervisor intervention group (36 cases).Before intervention (0 week)and after 8 weeks of inter-vention care,the two groups were assessed by the same convalescence supervisor respectively for hemiplegic limb movement func-tion,daily life activity ability and mobile ability rating respectively.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the supervisor intervention group was compared with the control group,the FMA scores,MBI scores and EMS scores of patients with lateral low-er limb were significantly improved.Conclusion Rehabilitation supervisor can effectively improve rehabilitation training and nurs-ing effect in rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients.关键词
