穴位贴敷治疗冠心病心绞痛研究进展
Research Progress of Acupoint Application Therapy for the Treatment of Angina of Cornonary Heart Disease

Abstract
As a traditional external therapy for internal diseases,aeupoint application therapy is mainly applied to concurrent chronic pulmonary disease,aggravation stage of pulmonary disease and intractable pulmonary disease.With the development of acupoint application therapy,it has expended to diseases of multiple departments and become increasingly wide in the treatment of angina of cornonary heart disease.The researches on the mechanism of aeupoint application therapy has been conducted.Theories,the application experience and a great number of clinical observations indicate that this therapy has the advantages of " simplicity,convenience,effectiveness,eheap and trial-standing".However,there are still some shortages in recent researches.For instance,the treatment or patterns are not unified without syndrome differentiation,unified standard for the drugs and acupoint seclection,disjointing between clinic and scientific research,and shortage of standard,systematic and quantified researches.Therefore,in future clinical and scientific experimental research,the basic theory of Chinese medicine should be taken as the guiding principle and standard and multi-systematic methods should be taken to conduct large-sample and multiple-center clinical and scientific research.Simultaneously,researches with multiple layer and targets on effective formulas,drugs and aeupoints shoull be performed to expound the action mechanism on angina of cornonary heart disease and then make optimal scheme for the treatment of angina of cornonary heart disease with acupoint application therapy.关键词
