摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effeets of True Warrior Decoction Supplemented with Semen Lepidii on chronic cardiac failure (CCF) aod the levels of NT-proBNP and LVEF.Methods:Totally 62 patients with CCF treated in this hospital between March 2015 and March 2016 were randomized into treatment group and control group,31 cases in each group.Control group were given treatment of low-flow oxygen inhalation oxygen,rest and salty limit with lDigoxin of 0.125 mg each time for once a day,Benazepril of 10 mg each time (5 mg for initial dose) for once a lay,Spirolactone of 25 mg each time for twice a day,Furosemide Tablets of 25 mg each time for twice a day,Metoprolol Tablets of 12.5 mg each time for once a day and Trimetazidine of 20 mg each time for three times a day.Treatment group were additionally given Supplemented True Warror Decoction for the treatment.The symptoms,signs,levels of NT-proBNP and LVEF before and after treatment in both groups were observed and compared.Results:The effective rate was 90.32％ in control group and 96.77％ in treatment group;the difference had no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).The levels of NT-proBNP and LVEF in treatment group were superior to those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Supplemented Trae W arrior Decoction comlbined with western medicine can significantly improve the symptoms and signs,reduce the level of NT-proBNP and increase the level of LVEF in patients with CCF.关键词
