扶正化纤散防治正虚血瘀型乙型肝炎后肝纤维化临床研究
Clinical Research on Fuzheng Huaxian Powder for the Prevention and Treatment of Post-Hypertitis B Hepatic Fibrosis of Syndrome of Healthy Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Fuzheng Huaxian Powder for the prevention and treatment of post-hypertitis B hepatic fibrosis of syndrome of healthy qi deficiency audblood stasis.Methods:Totally 80 patients with post-hypertitis B hepatic fibrosis of syndrome of healthy qi deficiency and blood stasis treated in this hospital between September 2014 and December 2015 were randomized into observation group and control grouf,40 cases in each group.Control group were given oral administration of Reduced Glutathione Tablets,0.4 g each time and 3 times a day while observation group were given oral administration of Fuzheng Huaxian Powder for the treatment,3g each time and 3 times a dlay.Results:After treatment,there was no statistical significance between the two groups in the levels of mucoprotein,type m procollagen and typeⅣcollagen (P ＞ 0.05).The levels of hyaluronic acid in the serum,ALT and SGOT in observation group were superior to those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The effective rate was 97.5％ in observation group and 67.5％ in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Huaxian Powder has significant therapeutic effects on post-hypertitis B hepatic fibrosis of syndrome of healthy qi deficiency and blood stasis,which can improve the liver function and hepatic fibrosis.关键词
