Abstract
The commonly applied fingerings in needle-knife manipulation include:left hand to locate fingering,right hand to hold the needle-knife.The commonly applied needle-knife manipulation methods:slow needling,rapid needling,retaining needling,groping entrance method,vibrating entrance method,intensive needling method,single-point layered fanshaped releasing needling,cross-incision needling,prizing and moving needling.The clinical mental cultivation methods:moral character cultivation and mind cultivation.At present,the needle-knife manipulation stresses more on the needling method and fingerings but lacks attention to the mental cultivation methods.The author of this article believes that practitioners should master both the manipulation and mental cultivation method.According to Spiritual Pivot," doctors with inferior skills only know the manipulation techniques but doctors with superior skills master the cultivation of the mind".Mental cultivation method is the relatively higher level of needle-knife manipulation.By studying the mental cultivation method,doctors can well combine fingering,needling method and mental cultivation method together to achieve the miracle efficacy of "it taking effects as soon as the need-knife manipulation being applied".关键词
