Abstract
The occurrence and development of SIRS/MODS is a complicated process which a simple therapeutic measure cannot achieve satisfactory effects.In Chinese medicine,it stresses concept of holism and individualized treatment of syndrome differentiation and treatment,which regards a disease as a consecutive dynamic process to regulate balance between yin and yang.Multiple targets and levels treatment for SIRS/MODS may make up the shortage of simple western medicine therapy.Researches on SIRS/MODS in Chinese medicine are quite many and most are from the four aspects of " toxicity,heat,blood stasis and deficiency".Based on the transmission law of five zang-organs during the process of SIRS/MODS and corresponding to the development and change process of the four phases of wei,qi,yin and blood in warm disease,the methods are applied as clearing heat and removing toxicity,activating blood flow and resolving blood stasis,expelling pathogen by purging and reinforcing and consolidating healthy qi,which have achieved certain efficacy.With increasingly wide application of syndrome differentiation and treatment of Chinese medicine,the prevention and treatment of and consolidating with Chinese medicine will make breakthrough and further form and perfect the theoretic system.关键词
