Effect of Ligustrazine Injection Acupoint Injection on Area of Cerebral Infarction and Behavioral Score of Ischemic Stroke Model Rats

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the predominance effect of ligustrazine injection acupoint injection on treating ischemic stroke from the aspect of area of cerebral infarction and behavioral score of ischemic stroke model rats.Methods:The rat model of cerebral median artery occlusion (MCAO) was established with thread ligation.The rats were randomly assigned into sham operation group,model group,intramuscular injection group,intravenous injection group,acupoint injection group,the positive control group,then administration drugs three times after ischemia-reperfusion 4 h;after the last administration 1 h,the cerebral infarction by TTC staining and behavioral assessments of rats were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results:Ligustrazine injection can significantly reduce the MCAO rat focal cerebral side ratio (P＜0.05),and acupoint injection group was better than intramuscular injection and intravenous groups.Ligustrazine acupoint injection group showed lower behavioral score than the model group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Ligustrazine acupoint injection has better efficacy than intramuscular and intravenous group when treating ischemic stroke,which means acupuncture has specific advantages.关键词
