自拟补肾活血汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效观察
Clinical Observation on Chronic Glomerulonephritis by Bushen Hoxue Decoction（自拟补肾活血汤）

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Hoxue Decoction on chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:The 82 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were divided into two groups randomly.The 41 patients in control group were treated with routine treatment,and the 41 patients in treatment group were treated by Bushen Hoxue Decoction on the base of the control group.The TCM syndrome score and renal function indexes were recorded and clinical efficacy and complications were compared.Results:The effective rate in the control group (70.7％) was lower than the treatment group (90.2％),with significant difference (P＜0.05).The TCM symptoms score and renal function indexes decreased in the two groups after treatment,and the treatment group showed lower TCM syndrome score than the control group;The treatment group showed lower serum creatinine,serum urea nitrogen,24 h urinary protein content,and 1 h urinary red blood cell excretion rate than the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The adverse reactions were mild in the two groups,and there was no influence on the patients or the study,with the corresponding treatment or self remission.Conclusion:Bushen Hoxue Decoction can provide accurate curative on chronic glomerulonephritis;it can alleviate clinical symptoms and improve renal function.关键词
