摘要

Abstract

A LiNbO3/PVDF composite film cross-linked with silane coupling agent 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (3-APTS) was prepared by solution casting method.The prepared composite films were characterized by IR,XRD,TG,DSC,SEM dielectric and ferroelectric test.The results indicated that insoluble LiNbO3 particles could be evenly distributed throughout PVDF matrix to form β-phase dominated PVDF composite films without obvious agglomeration.The crystallinity and β-phase content could increase with increasing doping content of LiNbO3 within a certain range.LiNbO3/PVDF composite film exhibited improved dielectric constants and relatively low dielectric loss.Both dielectric constants and dielectric loss were frequency dependent and gradually increased with increasing LiNbO3 content.LiNbO3/PVDF composite film also exhibited better ferroelectric properties than pure PVDF.This paper provided a useful way to prepare well-dispersed PVDF-ceramic composite film.
