基于30部现代针灸教材治疗遗精"同功穴"分析
Analysis of "analogous point"in the treatment of spermatorrhea based on30 modern acupunctureteaching materials

Abstract
Objective To collate and analyze the acupoints that can treat spermatorrhea in modern acupuncture teaching materials, summarizes the"analogous point" and its regularity, in order to provide theoretical basis for compatibility and acupuncture acupoints selected point. Methods Based on the network retrieval and manual retrieval, retrieval acupoints in 30 textbooks that can in the treatment of spermatorrhea, analysis of the spermatorrhea "analogous point" and its regularity, and the corresponding appearing frequency, subordinate to the meridians and acupoints, statistics and summarized its rule. The rule spectrum was compared with the national standard GB/T300233-2013. Results There were 47 acupuncture points in 30 modern acupuncture textbooks, and the meridians were mainly concentrated in the back and lower extremities. The author will make the frequency of the acupoints of 25～30 times as the first grade spectrum, and there are 13 acupuncture points. The acupoints of 10～24 were identified as the secondary spectrum, and there were 16 acupuncture points. Acupoints with frequency of 1～3 are classified as 3 grade spectra. There are 18 acupoints. The 13 "analogous points" in the primary spectrum were all in the national standard of acupoint, with a consistent rate of 100％.关键词
