基于数据分析慢性疲劳综合征睡眠障碍中医证候分类研究
Study on TCM syndrome classification of CFS sleep disorder based on data analysis

Abstract
Objective The distribution of TCM syndromes in sleep disorders of chronic fatigue syndrome was analyzed by data analysis method. Methods The data related to information of four examinations in TCM, physical examinations, aboratory examinations and renal pathology were collected from the multicenter patients with CFS somnipathy (n=192), and a database was built. A study on nonlinear dimension reduction of TCM syndromes was conducted to analyze by using methods of factor analysis and clustering analysis. Results 36 TCM symptoms with frequencies higher than 20％ were screened out, 9 common factors with a contribution rate of 87.67％ were extracted, when the distance between China and Europe is 10, the clustering analysis can be divided into 3 types of TCM Syndromes, including yin asthenia and blood stasis combined with dampness-heat syndrome, qi depression wet resistance combined with heat syndrome, and yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity combined with phlegm dampness syndrome. Conclusion Chronic fatigue syndrome of TCM syndrome type of sleep disorders including yin asthenia and blood stasis combined with dampness-heat syndrome, qi depression wet resistance combined with heat syndrome, and yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity combined with phlegm dampness syndrome, and provide the basis for the clinical treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome and sleep disorders.关键词
