祛风化瘀行血通络组方联合常规西药对急性脑卒中患者神经功能及生活能力的影响
Effects of Qufeng Huayu Xingxue Tongluo on neurological function and life ability in patients with acute stroke

Abstract
Objective To study Effects of Qufeng Huayu Xingxue Tongluo on neurological function and life ability in patients with acute stroke. Methods 130 cases of acute cerebral apoplexy patients were divided into 2 groups, control group of 65 cases with conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group 65 cases were treated with the method of Qufeng Huayu Xingxue Tongluo, observe changes in relevant indexes before and after treatment. Results The control efficiency of 41.54％, total effective rate 81.54％, observation group efficiency 53.85％, total effective rate 95.39％, two groups were statistically significant (P＜0.05); The two groups after treatment of HCY, TXB2, MPAR, CRP on down, compared with before treatment were significantly more significant difference before and after treatment (P＜0.05), the observation group after treatment of HCY, TXB2, MPAR, CRP down level more significant compared with the control group after treatment, the two groups after treatment compared significant difference (P＜0.05); NIHSS, Ashworth score on the two groups after treatment than before treatment were significantly decreased, a significant rise in ADL, more significant difference before and after the treatment (P＜0.05), compared the carotid intima-media thickness, plaques in the area of comparative differences before and after the treatment was not significant (P＞0.05), the observation group after treatment than before treatment were significantly decreased (P ＜0.05); Observation group after treatment NIHSS, Ashworth score, ADL, carotid intima-media thickness and plaques area than the control group after treatment to improve the level is more significant, significant difference was found in comparing the two groups after treatment (P＜0.05). Conclusion The functions of blood line blood know luo formula with conventional western medicine may improve neural function in patients with acute cerebral apoplexy and life skills.关键词
