血府逐瘀汤干预凝血功能治疗急性肺损伤
Clinical study of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction intervention of coagulation function for treatment of acute lung injury

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction for treatment of patient with acute lung injury by improving coagulation dysfunction. Methods Forty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group using a random number table, 20 patients in each group. Conventional therapy alone was used in control group, noninvasive ventilator therapy, treatment of the original disease, and traditional Chinese medicine therapy of primarily using Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with conventional therapy was applied in treatment group, one dose orally taken daily for 7 days. The sign of coagulation function (PT, Fib, D dimer), blood gas analysis (PO2, PO2/FiO2) and routine blood test (WBC, PLT) were compared between the two groups before treatment and on the 3rd, 8th. Results The indexes of the two groups were obviously improved after treatment, and the recovery was more obvious in the treatment group. The hypercoagulable state of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, fib:(4.06±0.20 )vs (5.16±0.54) (third days P＜0.01), (3.62±0.72) vs (4.93±0.27) (eighth days P＜0.01); D dimer:(233.60±92.31) vs (387.85±109.76 )(third days P＜0.01), (207.62±59.53) vs (369.32±61.19) (eighth days P＜0.01). The PO2 of patients increased by (95.30±25.60) vs (80.60±28.20) (third days P＜0.05), (97.60±14.30) vs (89.60±13.50 )(eighth days, P＜0.05); The increase of PO2/FiO2 was more obvious, (267.07±22.81) vs (249.12±16.52) (third days P＜0.01), (356.30±10.70) vs (312.70±20.70) (eighth days P＜0.01). Platelets (PLT) recovered faster than the control group, (180±30.10) vs (160±40.04) (eighth days, P＜0.05). Conclusion The respiratory function was improved by Inhibition of hypercoagulative state using of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in patients of ALI. Control of disease progression.关键词
