补肾降浊方治疗阴阳两虚型老年高血压病
Bushen Jiangzhuo decoction in the treatment of senile hypertension patients of yin and yang deficiency

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Bushen Jiangzhuo decoction in the treatment of senile hypertensionpatients of yin and yang deficiency. Methods All patients were allocated into two groups, according to whether or not they were willing to receive integrative medicine of Bushen Jiangzhuo decoction. Blood pressure, TCM syndromes, blood lipid level, Hcy, cognitive function and the quality of lifeof two groups were observed at 12 weeks. Results Compared with before treatment, both blood pressure, cognitive function, TCM syndromes and the quality of life went up dramatically when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndromes, cognitive function and the quality of life were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Bushen Jiangzhuo decoction could reduce Hcy, improve TCM syndromes, cognitive function and the quality of life in senile hypertension patients ofyin and yang deficiency.关键词
