甘草泻心汤加减辅助辨治小儿复发性口腔溃疡
The secondary clinical study on treatment of recurrent oral ulcer with Licorice Heart-Draining decoction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer with Licorice Heart-Draining decoction in order to improve the therapeutic level. Methods 216 patients of recurrent oral ulcer from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as subjects and divided into two groups, 108 cases in the control group were given conventional western medicine, 108 cases of the observation group, plus Licorice Heart-Draining decoction .Then,we observe the changes of relevant indicators after treatment. Results The control group is 25％, the total efficiency is 78.7％; the cure rate of the observation group is 37.04％, the total efficiency is 90.74％, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the recurrence rates of control group for12, 18, 24 month were 30.56％, 46.3％, 59.26％, 76.85％ .The recurrence rates of observation group for 6,12,18,24 months were 9.26％, 17.59％, 18.52％, 25.93％, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); after treatment on ulcer size, number of ulcers, ulcers congestion, ulcer pain, burning sensation score was significantly decreased compared with the previous treatment ,the difference was significantly(P＜0.05), the treatment of observation group was better at symptom score decreasing than the control group significantly (P＜0.05). Conclusion Modified adjuvant treatment of recurrent oral ulcers with Licorice Heart-Draining decoction can reduce the recurrence rate and improve symptoms and efficacy.关键词
