Abstract
Leather industry in China had the advantages of enormous labor resources and thus achieved sustained and rapid development in recent years. However, for China's leather brands, it still needs to increase the international influence. In addition to small enterprise scale and homogeneity of leather goods, the pollution of leather industry is becoming a serious problem. This paper describes the present pollution situation of China's leather industry and indicates that leather companies should be concerned about environment protection during the upgrading. To improve resource utilization, this paper provides the ideas of developing a green supply chain with the analysis of some key points as well as the investigation of collaboration strategies between upstream and downstream enterprises in the whole supply chain.关键词
