Ground-state Structure of A Bose-Einstein Condensate Confined in An Exponential Type Annular Potential
摘要
Abstract
By solving the two-dimensinal Gross-Pitaevskii equation,the ground-state structure of a BoseEinstein condensate confined in an exponential type annular potential is studied.The effects of potential and contact interaction on the ground state density distribution of such a system are investigated in detail.The results show that the strength and position of the potential have an important influence on the stability but the contact interaction play a regulatory role on the stability.关键词
