瘤组织NPR1基因表达变化与乳腺癌、卵巢癌预后关系的大数据分析
Big data analysis on relationship between changes of tumor tissue NPR1 gene expression and prognosis of breast cancer and ovarian cancer

Abstract
Objective To discuss the relationship between the expression of NPR1 gene and prognosis in tissues of breast cancer and ovarian cancer. Methods Using Oncomine database to analyze the differences of NPR1 gene in the breast cancer tissues,ovarian cancer tissues,and normal tissues. The prognostic roles of NPR1 in breast and ovarian canc-er were analyzed by using Kaplan-Meier Plotter database,and then we analyzed the relationship between the expression of NPR1 gene and prognosis in tissues of breast cancer and ovarian cancer. Results Oncomine database included 715 data sets and 86733 samples. Compared with the normal breast tissues,the expression of NPR1 gene decreased in different types of breast cancer;compared with the normal ovarian tissues,the expression of NPR1 gene in the ovarian cancer in-creased. Kaplan-Meier Plotter Database consisted of 54675 genes and 10461 cancer samples,including 5143 samples taken from patients with breast cancer and 1861 samples taken from patients with ovarian cancer. As the big data showed, disease-free survival time of breast cancer patients with high expression of NPR1 was longer (P < 0. 05);in different mo-lecular subtypes of breast cancer,there were no significant differences between NPR1 low expression and high expression in the prognosis of patients with basal-like breast cancer,luminal B breast cancer,and HER2 over-expressing breast cancer (all P > 0. 05);the prognosis of luminal A breast cancer patients with high expression of NPR1 was better than that of pa-tients with low expression of NPR1 (P < 0. 05). However,in ovarian cancer patients,it was just the opposite:progression-free survival time of patients with NPR1 low expression was longer. Specifically,the prognosis of patients with serous ovari-an cancer and endometrial carcinoma with low expression of NPR1 was better than that of patients with high expression of NPR1 (all P < 0. 05). Conclusion The high expression of NPR1 gene in the breast cancer tissues suggests that the prog-nosis is good,while the high expression of NPR1 gene in ovarian cancer shows poor prognosis.关键词
