Influence of low modified citrus pectin on protein expression of Caspase-3 in endometrial cancer cells Ishikawa

Abstract
Objective To observe the influence of low modified citrus pectin (LMCP )on the protein expression of Caspase-3 in endometrial cancer cells Ishikawa. Methods ① The endometrial cancer cells Ishikawa were randomly divid-ed into four groups:groups A,B,C,and D,which were added with 0,100,300,500 nmol/ LLMCP and then were cul-tured for 24 h. After that,the protein expression of Caspase-3 was detected by Western blotting. ② The endometrial cancer cells Ishikawa were randomly divided into four groups:groups 1,2,3,and 4,which were added with 300 nmol/ L LMCP and then were cultured for 0,12,24,and 36 h,respectively. The expression of Caspase-3 was deteced by Western blot-ting. Results The protein expression of Caspase-3 was 0. 30 ± 0. 01,0. 32 ± 0. 01,0. 77 ± 0. 01,and 0. 79 ± 0. 01 in the groups A,B,C,and D,respectively,and the order was as follows:group A < group B < group C < group D,all P < 0. 05. The protein expression of Caspase-3 was 0. 29 ± 0. 06,0. 38 ± 0. 06,0. 40 ± 0. 06,0. 42 ± 0. 06 in the groups 1,2,3,and 4,respectively,and the order was as follows:group 1 < group 2 < group 3 < group 4,all P < 0. 05. Conclusions LMCP can enhance the protein expression of Caspase-3 in the endometrial cancer cells Ishikawa with a dose-(0-500 nmol/ L)and time- (0-36 h)dependent manner.关键词
