循环肿瘤DNA检测技术的研究进展
Progresses on Detection Technology of Circulating Tumor DNA
摘要
Abstract
Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) detection,which is called "liquid biopsy",can reflect the features of tumors more comprehensively than the traditional biopsy.With further analysis of ctDNA,the sensibility and specificity of the relevant detection technology have been greatly improved,and the most representative technologies include digital PCR (dPCR),BEAMing (bead,emulsion,amplification and magnetic),tagged-amplicon deep sequencing (TAm-Seq) and so on.Development of these technologies will make it possible to open a new era of precision medicine.关键词
