Nursing status quo of stroke continuous care
摘要
Abstract
This article summarized the research status quo of continuous care for stroke patients in China and a-broad.By searching literature in recent years,it reviewed continuous care from aspects of the knowledge and concept,research methods,present shortage in China and so on.It aimed to provide a reference for nursing re-search on chronic disease management and promote the public's understanding in continuous care for stroke pa-tients.关键词
