临床医学和护理学专业学生对老年人态度的调查分析
Investigation and analysis of attitudes among the students majoring in clinical medicine and nursing towards the eld-erly

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the attitudes of clinical and nursing students to the elderly.Methods:A total of 628 undergraduates students majoring in clinical medicine and nursing were surveyed by Kogan's Attitudes Toward Old People Scale (KAOP).Results:There were statistically significant differences in attitude scores a-mong patients with the sexes,the family economy,the major,whether be taken care with the elderly,and wheth-er be willing to take part in the geriatric care/nursing (P<0.05).Conclusions:The attitudes of undergraduate students significant maj oring in clinical medicine and nursing were positive for the elderly,while there was sta-tistically difference in gender,family economic status,professional,be taken care with the elderly,willing to en-gage in geriatric medical/nursing work.University should carry out targeted interventions to enrich the teaching content and form,in order to further improve the attitudes of medical students and nursing students to the eld-erly and improve their willingness to serve the elderly.关键词
