直肠癌永久性结肠造口病人病耻感及影响因素的调查
Survey of stigma of rectal cancer patients with permanent colostomy and its influencing factors

Abstract
Objective:To explore the stigma in rectal cancer patients with the permanent colostomy and its influ-encing factors.Methods:A total of 106 rectal cancer patients with permanent colostomy were selected by con-venience sampling method,and investigated by general data questionnaire,Social Impact Scale (SIS),Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS),Perceive Social Support Scale (PSSS),and the Stoma Self efficacy Scale.Results:The score of stigma in patients with rectal cancer was (61 .5 ± 11 .2 ),which was at a moderate level.The multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that self efficacy,depression and social support were the influencing factors of patients with the permanent colostomy,explaining 46.3% of the total variation. Conclusions:The level of the stigma of rectal cancer patients with a permanent colostomy was affected by self efficacy,depression and social support.关键词
