信息化手术衔接管理模块在提高手术效率中的应用效果研究
Application effect of information technology surgical connection management modules in improving efficiency of surgery

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of surgical connection management modules in improving the efficien-cy of operation.Methods:The surgical connection management module was used to divide the whole process into multiple time periods,compared with the determination of the reference timetable,the abnormal data were ex-tracted and analyzed to find out the key factors influencing the surgical connection according to the two to eight law firm (also called Balet law).Through the supervision of the first surgical surgeon on time to the right rate, a reasonable increase in anesthesiologists with human resources,j oint adj ustment of the shift time including an-esthesiologists,operating room,nurses in anesthesia recovery room,extended the opening hours of anesthesia recovery room and many other initiatives,compared the average daily operation rate of the operating room,num-ber of patients receiving the anesthesia,the on time rate of the first surgery,and the efficiency of turn over be-tween two surgeries were compared before and after investigation.Results:The average daily use of the operat-ing table increased from 3.31 cases to 3.54 cases after the application.Anesthesia recovery room received 20%increase compared with 2015.Compared with 2015,the period cost for anesthesia,surgery,and dressing,and the number ratio of complete surgery were statistically significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusions:The surgical connection management modules could be used to monitor the surgical connection in real time,provide obj ective data for the managers and take specific measures to improve the efficiency of the operation.关键词
