回收涤粘混纺织物制备水面吸油材料的研究

Abstract
In order to solve the pollution problems of polyester/viscose blended fabric,con-centrated phosphoric acid was used to recycle and reuse the composite yarn.FTIR results show that,the filter residue was PET.The carbonized product contained large amounts of benzene ring structure,suggesting the hydrolysis and carbonization of cellulose in concentrated phosphoric acid.The SEM observations showed that the diameter of the carbonized products was uniform, and they piled to form some cavities,which increased the adsorption capacity.The average parti-cle size of carbonization product was 346.94 nm.The test results show that the oil adsorbing ca-pacity of the carbonization product was better than that of cotton and activated carbon,but wea-ker than that of expanded graphite.Adsorption capacity test of oil pollution on water surface shows that adsorption capacity of carbonized product reached 55 g/g,which means carbonization product can be used as a kind of hydrophobic oil adsorbing material for the treatment of water pollution.关键词
