摘要

Abstract

This paper focused on the varieties of alkali alumina silicate glass with an emphasis of the development of high strength cover glass which is used in touch screen industry.On the basis of overflow and float forming processes, the development of chemical composition and ion exchange process were discussed.Meanwhile, the classification standard of alkali alumina silicate glass was put forward, which is determined by the content of Al2 O3 , defining four types of glass, low, middle, high and ultra-high alumina glass. The relevant researches on the alkali alumina silicate glass products at home and abroad were summarized.The application prospect and the orientation for the products were provided, which can offer a reference for researchers and industry.
