玻璃纤维窑炉性能探究和优化

Abstract
Glass kilns play an important role in the glass industry, and is taken as one of the most important thermal technology equipment in glass production and known as the heart of glass production.It has been a big challenge to do the measurements and studies because of tightness, high temperature, continuous operation of glass furnaces.The three-dimensional model of the combustion space and glass bath in a furnace is established by a Glass Furnace Model software, and the physical and chemical processes were analyzed by the computer simulation for the thermal coupling. In this paper, the basic data was presented for the electric melting furnace of glass fibers with the yield of 220 t/d. Based on the studies of the temperature field and flow field, the influence of corrosion, the glass flow path and flow velocity in the combustion space and glass bath, a comprehensive outline was given, which provides a reference for the optimization design and actual production process.关键词
