浮法玻璃在退火窑A-B区内退火过程的数值模拟研究
Numerical simulation study of float glass annealing process in zone A-B of annealing lehr

Abstract
The float glass annealing process in zones A and B of annealing lehr was studied with the method of numerical simulation and the application of viscoelastic model.The temperature and stress variations of 2 mm float glass in zones A and B were studied, and the stress change of the glass cross section in the annealing lehr zones A and B was subsequently examined for the 2 mm,5 mm,8 mm and 10 mm float glasses.The cross section permanent stress produced during annealing in glasses with distinct thickness were calculated.The results show that the cross section stress in zone A and zone B behaves similarly in the way that the surface stress initially appears in a tensile fashion and changes to a compressive fashion.In addition,the center stress shows an opposite be-havior to the surface.The stress variations in the glasses with different thickness are identical,however,different duration times are needed for the stress change. This study provides a reference for the adjustment and optimization of annealing process to produce glasses with different thickness.关键词
