脑苷肌肽注射液联合鼠神经生长因子注射剂治疗重症颅脑损伤的临床研究
Clinical trial of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection combined with mouse nerve growth factor injection in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection combined with mouse nerve growth factor injection in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of 80 patients of severe craniocerebral injury were divided into control group and treatment group with 40 cases per group.Control group was treated cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection 10 mL,intravenous drip,bid.Treatment group was given mouse nerve growth factor injection 30 μg,intramuscular injection,bid,on the basis of control group.Two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,neurological deficit score (NIHSS),and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rates in treatment and control groups were 95.00% (38/40 cases) and 75.00% (30/40 cases) with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS in treatment and control groups were (10.94 ± 1.31),(15.24 ± 1.59) points,with significant difference (P < 0.05).The adverse drug reactions in treatment group were local pain and rash,which in control group were dizziness and irritability.The incidences of adverse drug reactions in treatment and control groups were 7.50% and 15.00% without significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion Cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection combined with mouse nerve growth factor injection has a definitive clinical efficacy in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury,without increasing the incidence of adverse drug reaction.关键词
