脑心通胶囊治疗缺血性心肌病的临床研究
Clinical trial of Naoxintong capsule in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Naoxintong capsule in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy.Methods A total of 86 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 43 cases per group.Control group was treated with angiotensin receptor antagonist,diuretics,digitalis and other conventional basic therapy.Treatment group was given oral Naoxintong 1.6 g,tid,on the basis of control group.Two groups were treated for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,left ventricular end diastolic diameter,left ventricular end systolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rates of treatment and control groups were 88.37％ (38/43 cases) and 72.09％ (31/43 cases) with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the main indexes in treatment and control groups were compared:the left ventricular end diastolic diameter were (33.16 ±6.43),(27.98 ±5.62) mm;the left ventricular end systolic diameter were (53.23 ± 5.39),(47.36±1.56)mm;LVEF were (47.44±5.73)％,(57.61 ±5.12)％,the differences were statistically significant (all P ＜ 0.05).The adverse drug reactions in treatment group were based on nausea and vomiting,which in control group were based on nausea,vomiting and diarrhea.The incidences of adverse drug reactions in treatment and control groups were 6.98％ and 9.30％ without significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Naoxintong capsule has a definitive clinical efficacy in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy,which can significantly improve the patient's cardiac function,without increasing the incidence of adverse drug reactions.关键词
