帕罗西汀片和氯米帕明片治疗抑郁症的临床研究
Clinical trial of paroxetine tablets and clomipramine tablets in the treatment of depression
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of paroxetine tablets and clomipramine tablets in the treatment of depression.Methods A total of 120 patients with depression were randomly divided into control group,treatment A group and treatment B group with 40 cases per group.Control group was given placebo 45 mg,tid,oral;treatment A group was given clomipramine 25 mg,tid,oral;treatment B group was given paroxetine 20 mg,qd,oral.Three groups were treated for 10 weeks.The clinical efficacy,Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) score,and adverse drug reactions were compared between the three groups.Results After 4 weeks treatment,the HAMD score of treatment A group,treatment B group and control group were (18.64 ± 1.06),(17.12 ± 1.54),(22.45 ± 1.24) points;after 10 weeks treatment,the HAMD score of treatment A group,treatment B group and control group were (13.20 ± 0.99),(12.81 ± 0.98),(21.12 ± 1.05) points,the differences were statistically significant between treatment A,B groups and control group (all P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the main indexes in treatment A group,treatment B group and control group were compared:the total effective rates were 90.00％ (36/40 cases),85.00％ (34/40 cases) and 30.00％ (12/40 cases),the differences were statistically significant between treatment A,B groups and control group (all P ＜ 0.05).The adverse drug reactions intreatment A group were nausea,weight loss,dizziness and anxiety,which in treatment B group were nausea,weight loss and dizziness.The incidences of adverse drug reactions in treatment A group and treatment B group were 30.00％ and 10.00％ with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Paroxetine tablets and clomipramine tablets has the same clinical efficacy in the treatment of depression,andthe incidence of adverse drug reactions in paroxetine tablets was lower than that of clomipramine tablets.关键词
