Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of loxoprofen sodium combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of osteoarthritis (OA).Methods Ninety patients with OA were randomly divided into treatment group (n =45 cases) and control group (n =45 cases).Patients in control group were treated by intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate 25 mg every time,1 time a week,5 times course,a total of 2 courses,treatment interval of 2 weeks.Patients in treatment group were treated with loxoprofen sodium 60 mg a time,3 times a day for 12 weeks on the basis of control group.The clinical effect and the levels of inflammatory cytokines [interleukin (IL)-1 β,IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α] in synovial fluid were observed before and after treatment in two groups.The pain degree was assessed with visual analogue score (VAS) and knee joint function was evaluated with Western Ontario and McMaster Universities (WOMAC) arthritis index in two groups.The drug adverse reactions in two groups during the treatment were observed.Results The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 97.78％ (44/45 cases) and 82.22％ (37/45 cases),with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α in treatment group were (34.27 ± 5.88),(7.71 ± 2.45),(12.71 ± 3.08) μg · mL-1,had significant difference with those in control group,which were (45.29 ± 6.18),(11.55 ± 3.00),(16.30 ± 4.13) μg · mL-1 (all P ＜ 0.05).Mter treatment,the VAS in treatment group and control group were 2.75 ± 1.01,3.63 ± 0.94,with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The WOMAC in treatment group and control group were 31.51 ± 6.37,33.85 ± 7.45,without significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).The adverse drug reactions in treatment group were gastrointestinal symptoms and mild skin rash,the incidence of adverse drug reactions was 6.67％ (3/45 cases).The adverse drug reactions in control group were gastrointestinal symptoms and swelling of the joints,the incidence of adverse drug reactions was 11.11％ (5/45 cases).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P ＞0.05).Conclusion Loxoprofen sodium combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate has good clinical efficacy on anti-inflammatory,analgesic and the function of knee joint,with good efficacy and safe.关键词
