摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the antimicrobial agent treatment of carbapenem resistant Klebsiella pneumonia (CRKP) infection.Methods The antimicrobial agents using history of one patient with blood stream and unnary tract infection and the results of bacteria antimicrobial susceptibility were analyzed,as well the associated literatures were reviewed to formulate the treatment protocol.Results and conclusion The effective antimicrobial agents against CRKP are very limited.The successful antimicrobial agent protocols should be summarized for clinical reference.关键词
