摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the pharmaceutical care of abnormal liver function caused by intravenous infusion of amphotericin B.Methods By participating in the treatment of a case with liver function damage patient who used amphotericin B in the treatment of pulmonary aspergillosis,the pharmacist assisted the adjustment of antifungal.Results and conclusion After thirteen days of treatment,her liver function got recovery.The clinical use of amphotericin B should be much carefully,especially when patients got polypharmacy.Close observation on liver function would be required.Once abnormal liver function occurs,the regimen should be adjusted.关键词
