Research situation of the tendon toxicity principle on fluoroquinolone antibiotic
摘要
Abstract
Fluoroquinolone can cause pathologic lesions in tendon tissue (tendinopathy).In some cases,fluoroquinolone usage can lead to partly rupture or complete rupture of the tendon and substantial subsequent permanent disability.This article reviews fluoroquinolone tendinopathy symptoms,diagnosis,risk factors and toxic mechanisms.关键词
