摘要
Abstract
Acute decompensated heart failure is one of the leading causes of hospitalization worldwide and is associated with a poor prognosis.Tolvaptan shows the evidences of relieving the symptoms of congestion in acute decompensated heart failure patients and does not cause worsening renal function and hyponatremia.This article summarizes research status of tolvaptan in the treatment of acute decompensated heart failure.关键词
