双氯芬酸钠利多卡因合用止痛剂治疗疼痛的疗效研究OACSTPCD

目的 探讨双氯芬酸钠利多卡因合用止痛剂治疗疼痛的临床有效性.方法 以该院肛肠科接受手术患者148例,分为观察组和对照组.观察组采用双氯芬酸钠利多卡因联合止痛剂止痛,对照组使用止痛剂.观察两组患者术后镇痛情况并统计两组并发症情况.结果 不同时间VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(<0.05),两组VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(<0.05),两组VAS评分变化趋势比较,差异有统计学意义(<0.05).术后不同时间RASS评分比较,…查看全部>>
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of Diclofenac sodium and Lidocaine combined with analgesics in the treatment of pain. Methods In our hospital 148 cases undergoing anorectal surgery were divided into observation group and control group.
