Abstract
Objective:To study the authentication methods of the Fici Hirtae Radix which had been one of the most extensively used medicines in Guangdong province.Methods:TLC method was applied to analyze the qualitative identification of Fici Hirtae Radix and its adulterants.HPLC method was applied to analyze the content of Fici Hirtae Radix and its adulterants at the same time.Fici Hirtae Radix and its adulterants were identified by ITS2 sequences of DNA barcoding.Results:TLC showed that Fici Hirtae Radix and Fici Panduratae Radix contained psoralen,but others were not checked it out.Further,to establish a HPLC method for determining the contents of psoralen,bergapten and apigenin.DNA bacording establishment was based on ITS2 sequence in order to identify Fici hirtae radix and its adulterants,NJ tree showed that they could be distinguished from molecular level obviously.Conclusion:The integrated use of identifiable methods for Fici Hirtae Radix and its adulterant is accurate and comprehensive appraisal,which provides new scientific basis for the identification of Fici Hirtae Radix.关键词
