山楂炮制过程中药效物质成分的变化规律研究

Abstract
Objective:To study the variation rules of appearance characters and effective substance composition of Crataegi Fructus in preparing,in order to explore the theoretical basis of different clinical usage.Based on this,to judge the end of preparing of fried Crataegi Fructus,scorched Crataegi Fructus and Crataegi Fructus charcoal.Methods:Use UPLC to determine the Contents of chlorogenic acid,hyperoside,table catechin,oleanolic acid and ursolic acid as well as spectrogram in different processed products of Crataegi Fructs.The Chinese Pharmcopeia method was used to determine the contents of organic acid.Analysis the variation rules of effective substance composition of Crataegi Fructus in preparing,and combine the appearance characters to define the preparing end points of the processed products of Crataegi Fructus.Results:During the frying process,all the components showed a decreasing trend from the feature of preparing node.Combining the appearance characters change,the preparing end was defined fried Crataegi Fructus at 14 min,scorched Crataegi Fructus at 19 min,and Crataegi Fructus charcoal at 22 min.Conclusion:The change of property in preparing are associated with the variation rules of effective substance composition,which clarifies the theoretical basis of different clinical usage and provides the method to judge the end of preparing and the production crafts.关键词
