初均速法预测不同包装金银花药材的有效期
Stable Life Prediction for Honeysuckle Under Different Packaging Conditions by Initial Average Rate Stability Test

Abstract
Objective:To study the influence of temperature and humidity on the stability of honeysuckle by initial average rate stability test,to predict the effective period of honeysuckle under different packaging conditions,and to explore the best packaging and storage conditions of honeysuckle.Methods:Measure the content of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle under ten kinds of commonly used packaging by the temperature and humidity accelerated test.Analyze the degradation kinetics parameters of honeysuckle and predict the effective period of the sample by initial average rate stability test.The reliability of the results was judged by the retention test.Results:The linear relationships between lnv0i,1/T and Hr were good.The term of validity of each sample under normal temperature and humidity was predicted as follows:brown glass bottle,4.17 years,and transparent glass,4.01 years;15 wire transparent polyethylene plastic film bag,3.62 years,10 wire,1.52 years,and 6 wire,0.84 years;transparent plastic bottle,3.67 years;white plastic woven bag,0.86 years;woven bag with 10 wire plastic film bag,2.82 years,and with 6 wire plastic film bag,1.39 years;no packaging,0.46 years.The results of the retention tests were basically consistent with the predicted results by initial average rate stability test.Conclusion:The initial average rate stability test can be applied to predict stable life of honeysuckle under muhiple factors interaction.A large number of the storage of honeysuckle should choose thick plastic bags or plastic bag with woven bags,while daily storage should choose brown glass bottles.It should be stored in a cool and dry place,in order to ensure its quality.关键词
