Abstract
Taking Jiangsu Province as an example, the financial status of the land were introduced, the causes and main problems of land fi-nance were analyzed.Finally,some opinions were proposed,such as changing the "land finance" the current situation, including reform tax system, evaluates the achievements and land management system, etc.关键词
