Next Generation Sequencing Technique for the Analysis of the Bacterial Community Structure about Bacterial Microbial Fertilizers
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To study the bacterial community structure of import microbial fertilizers.[Method]Next generation sequencing technique was used to analyze the bacterial community structure of import microbial fertilizers.[ Result] 111 OUTs were identified as 24 genus.Lactobacil-lus plantarum and Lactobacillus brevis accounted for 96.29% and 0.66%, and the other bacteria accounted for 3.05%.Pseudomonas sp.has been found which means plant pathogenic bacteria may contain in this product.[Conclusion]Next generation sequencing technique has been de-veloped for analyzing the bacterial community structure of microbial fertilizers, which can be used for the import or export of microbial fertilizers.关键词
