摘要
Abstract
Reprogramming has potential applications value in plant tissue culture and stem cell therapy,but its molecular mechanism is still un-known in land plants,and there is a lack of research on reprogramming from evolution-developmental perspective.In this paper,the regulation mechanism of the co-factor PpCSP1 /Lin28 on reprogramming of higher plant was studied by establishing the regenerative system of Physcomitrel-la patens,and the future research was prospected.关键词
