The general situation of the main changes in the IATA 58th was described,such as enabling two lithium battery labels,no need for shipper's declaration and additional documentation,enabling the packaging guidelines of PI910,and posting the operation markings of the battery.The main content of the requirements of the lithium battery transport rules in 2017 was represented.关键词
