摘要

Abstract

Cold isostatic pressing method was employed to prepare Li7La3Zr2O12 (LLZO) solid state electrolyte.The crystalline structure,morphology,and electrochemical performance were characterized by XRD,SEM,AC impedance spectrum,Hebb-Wagner and cyclic voltammetry measurements.When the sintering temperature reached up to 1 150 ℃,a dense and pure cubic structure LLZO pellet was gained,with a total ionic conductivity of 1.07 × 10-4 S/cm and an electronic conductivity of 2.39 × 10-8 S/cm at room temperature.This sample was determined to be a nice ion conductor and electron insulator.In a wide electrochemical stable widow of 0-7 V(vs.Li +/Li),no distinct redox reaction was detected.
