PEG抑制碱性锌锰电池析气的研究

Abstract
Polyethylene glycol(PEG) 2000 was used as an additive of negative electrode to suppress gas evolution,which tried to solve the problem of liquid leakage caused by gas evolution of alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery.Through experiments including discharge test,storage,AC impedance spectroscopy,electrolyte leakage and gas evolution,it was found that by adding 0.050% PEG2000 into zinc gel,the 3.9 Ω continuous discharge time of LR6 battery could be prolonged to 850 min.38.2% of the gas evolution in battery was reduced by PEG2000.The corrosion rate of Zn was decreased by 38.7% at room temperature or 37.7% at 60 ℃,the leakage of the battery after storage at high temperature 60 ℃ in a high humidity of 70% was suppressed.关键词
