摘要

Abstract

"Ethylene Glycol Reduction Method" was used to prepare electrocatalyst in milligram-scale and further investigated to synthesis catalyst in large-scale for fuel cell stack application.During the amplification preparation process of Pt3Pd/C from 0.1,1 g to 10 g per batch,TEM indicated the Pt3Pd nanoparticle morphology and size distribution kept consistent;the crystal structure of Pt3Pd was maintained based on XRD.The cyclic voltage scans and oxygen reduction polarization curves show that the electrochemical characterization of Pt3Pd/C remains unchanged.The 10 g-Pt3Pd/C synthesized in one batch demonstrated favorable electrocatalytic activity and stability in both half-cell and single-cell test.Furthermore,the superior performance of Pt3Pd/C to Pt/C was confirmed in the fuel cell stack module and engine system test.The batch preparation and fuel cell stack application of alloy electrocatalyst contributed to the successful application on vehicle engine system.
